I love Dr Wong and his whole team. They are so helpful. Whenever my daughter or I have emergency situations they find a way to get us quick appointments. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. Dr. Wong is respectful and inquisitive and takes solution oriented! I’m thankful for the terrific care I have received here!

A doctor from the maternity clinic at Langley Memorial offered to become my and my sons family doctor after he was born. I felt like the doctor shamed me for not being able to breastfeed throughout my entire postpartum and left feeling terrible every appointment. Whenever I had any pain or issues it was somehow related back to my not being able to breastfeed. I still decided to maintain service as my family doctor.I've been dealing with an ongoing sickness for months, when it started my doctor was away and I couldn't wait 2 weeks for an appointment so I went to a clinic. After finishing the treatments given to me by the clinic doctor I made an appointment with my family doctor because I assumed that having all of my information going forward going to my family doctor made sense. When I explained this I was very insensitively asked how i even became her patient in the first place, and why I didn't just go back to the clinic. I was also scolded for not contacting her in the first place, even though i explained that she was away when i tried to initially make an appointment.Overall get the feeling she does not want me as a patient, which is great coming from your doctor when you have been ill with no explanation for 6 months.2 stars simply because the women who work in the office are always very sweet.

There is no follow up after lab and X-ray test results are received by them. Patient has to call and call to get an appointment to discuss the results

Dr Leo is my kid’s favourite doctor! He’s always so gentle and kind with them. I love the staff in his office - they are so generous with me and I really enjoy chatting with them! It all makes taking kids to the doctor SO much less stressful than normal. Additionally, my daughter has epilepsy and I felt with Dr Leo Wong that she is in excellent, thorough, practiced hands. Love this office!

Very unpleasant experience and completely agree with Mira's review They asked me to come for my appt at 1:45 pm and waited an hour until I got in while the doctor still hadnt even read my form and asked me to wait in front of him while he skimmed it over. Long story short I left his office after hearing enough from him and his lack of care displayed if any. I had to keep correcting him on errors he kept re-recording on my personal history and in all different directions for subject matter that didn't seem to correlate to finding out the problem. He was only judgement and very inappropriate feeling as if I was being interviewed on whether or not I was eligible for help. I never write reviews and it takes a lot for me to walk out on any sort of appointment but that was easy for me to do here. His questions did not correlate in the slightest and simply did not care. He had barely any questions on my current emotional state with any feedback on what the correction would be on my current misdiagnosis. He was judgmental, unclear and very rude. I am not sure if I could trust the accuracy of the doctor's diagnosis here or for anyone let alone finding the appropriate medications which can be dangerous.

The receptionist who I was trying to book my appointment with today was not as caring to kids needing urgent care. I then got passed to another receptionist who I thought would be more caring but I was wrong, she did say I can come in but her tone of voice was also not nice and never heard anything I said and hanged up the phone. The receptionists were very dismissive of my concern and complaint instead raising their voices when I tried to insist for my son to get an appointment. I know that like myself, patients can be frustrating over the phone (nothing personal but bec they are frustrated with their medical conditions), I think that receptionists should be trained to deal with difficult people without losing it on them. Instead, neutralize these difficult people with more care and supportive voice and not be very dismissive. I work in the health care field and no matter how difficult my patients are, I never showed my frustrations back to them because I know that they are going through difficult times and it is nothing personal. Today, this office does not deserve even a one star for the bad receptionist service.

Dr.Gupta is the best dr I have had she is so helpful, careing and knowledgeable she gose above and beyond to help, very compassionate! She is great with my 2 children and always makes them smile! Her nurse is great and so helpfull as well! Highly recommend Dr Gupta

Dr Mourh is amazing, so professional, takes his time explain everything. He is great with kids. Carol is kind and friendly and always happy to help. All of the other staff has been helpful.

You’re better off getting medical advice from a twinkies wrapper than this place. You wait 45 minutes past your appointment time for them to basically tell you you’re fine. Have a broken wrist? You’re fine. Think you might be sick? You’re fine. Lost your arm in a boating accident? Don’t worry it’s fine, have a nice day. I don’t even go here but it took one appointment with my friend to realize the level of care they have for you. ZERO!!!!

Dr Mourh is absolutely amazing, he takes his time explaining everything you need to know about your condition and medications and doesn't rush you our the door . Excellent Doctor. Dr. Mourh's nurse Carol is amazing , she is always there to greet us with a smile and does everything she can to help. Sheila is a great receptionist.
