I have been a customer of Sun Country Cycle since the early 90's. They've had various locations and owners over the years, but have consistently served the cycling community with good service and long time community values. My family continues to go there for good reason.

I recently got my bike serviced here and they did a great job. Rode like new again. The man working on it was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely go back.

Great experience with their repair shop! We wanted a fork swapped out before MTB Provincials and they got us in, and turned it around in a day, charged a super reasonable price, and were friendly and took the time to chat when we picked up the bike. Love this bike shop!

I'm beyond thankful for these guys going out of there way to make sure my specific questions were answered to the best of their knowledge and expertise! Almost had a defective Specialized Full Suspension Mountain bike one time and they managed to find a rim to fit the size of my bike. As a bonus, they're not far from where I live so it's a win/win.

I’ve been a Suncountry customer since I moved to Vernon over a decade ago. Great service great staff and that Local Bike shop community feel is why I keep coming back. Their new shop reflects the great work these people do so much better than the old location! Love the new logo! Pine cone? Tire tracks? Hops? All sounds like Good times!

I recently took in my 60 year old tandem bike (purchased used off buynsell) for service.Among a list of things I asked them to do, I also wanted new tires and tubes seeing as it was such an old bike.They phoned me the next day for pick up claiming it was ready. When I went in to pick up my bike it still had the old tires on it because they said the tires were still good, but the rear tire was deflated, and I could see that the tires were absolutely covered in cracks. Clearly it did need tires replaced.On the next day after that they again phoned me for pick up and again claimed my bike was ready. When I went in to get my bike it finally had the new tires, and they said they had also repaired a flat rear tube. I again told them that I asked for tubes two times now because it is a 60 year old bike.Two times I left work early to go get a bike that wasn't ready because they didn't do what I asked and because they had made a mistake.On the third day they finally did what I asked.After riding the bike I noticed the tires were rubbing on the fenders. They had put to big and to wide of a tire on. I phoned them up, and they told me that they didn't have a tire any smaller. I am now stuck with very expensive tires that I have to take off and find a replacement elsewhere.The rear coaster break was seazed. The repair only lasted three rides. I also doubt they greased the cranks and axles as requested.Now I have to take my bike back to a shop to waste yet another $200 in order to get the job done properly!They might be good at fixing new bikes that you buy from them, but do not take anything old that you buy somewhere else. They just cannot get it right!And all of this after spending $1250 in their shop on parts and accessories for a different new used mountain bike that I had bought elsewhere.

The mark of a business is how they deal with a customer with a lemon". We bought a lemon mountain bike. We were in the States for a month long biking trip when the battery got glitchy. The manager phoned ahead to the nearest biking shop to arrange for the battery to be replaced. How often do you get service like that?"
