Dr. Pizem and his team are great. I felt very well taken care of during the appointment and had a lot of confidence in the work he did. It's been a few weeks now and everything is good! I am very thankful for the attention, care and skill that Dr. Pizem brings to his work.

Great place if you're looking for truly professional staff. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist, they all provide a stellar service. The hygienist Cielo is absolutely wonderful. She informs you before she does anything and she says why. She's big on preventive care. Congrats to great team!

You know guys.To fix your painful tooth you must pay.And this is painful, too.So if you have to go through this painful aching moment the best you can do is to choose wisely your doctor and to be sure that job will be well done. The hygienist Cielo is the best Hygienist I've ever had an experience with. She extremely professional, knowledgeable and gentle. Never thought a visit to a dentist's would be such a joy ride. The receptionist is also so friendly and helpful. I think I finally found the best dentist office in town :)

I went to this clinic because of a root canal. The fees are broken down between the consultation, the scan, and the root canal. Half way during the procedure, the secretary walks in and tells me I need another appointment about a month later. This was never mentioned to me prior to the procedure. I was astonished to hear that and told her I could not make it because I was going to Europe. When I went to pay, I asked her to charge me for the work that was performed, and that I was going to finish the procedure somewhere else. Then all of a sudden, she immediately had an opening the next day, instead of a month later. When it came down to the final bill, I was charged EXTRA for the draining of the root canal and for the filling. This two procedures are part and parcel of the root canal. In his defense, the doctor states that I ASKED for a permanent filling because I was going to Europe. What do I know what he is doing, and furthermore, he has to put a filling. All in all, this place is a scam. The secretary and the doctor are in a scamming business. I read in one review that the doctor is in front of the dental board regarding his way of conducting business.

I've been going to Dr. Pizem's clinic since 2004. I'm very satisfied with their very professional service, with a personal touch. It's hard to believe but I actually look forward to my bi-annual visit. The team is fantastic, Patricia, Cielo, and of course, Dr. Pizem himself. Thank you.

I have had significant dental problems that have been painful and caused distress. Having attentive methodical care from one's dentist is vital. Within covid time it did not stop me travelling back from Ontario, with curfews to get treatment. I tried to stay in Ontario and indicated to local dentist there that I needed a root canal. He indicated I did not and just did a filling on an exposed nerve. Naturally my pain intensified and I came back to Montreal and had a root canal. Prior experiences have been to offer dental implants for my dental problems and not suggest endodontic work. The referral by a dentist (who owned the building) to an implant specialist who rented from the same dentist made me wary. I had endodontic work by Dr Pizem resolve this issue also. Listening is key to relating to patients. I appreciate an open dialogue. The dental hygienists at this setting (seen both) have provided more education in preventative dental care. Prior it was a technical procedure but not a discussion of enamel protection and gum health in enough detail prior to coming to Dr Pizem's office. In the era of word of mouth it is hard to find accurate experiences. I wish the reader may get prompt resolutions to their problems and I highly recommend this office.

I was warmly greeted and treated well by Dr.Pizem and staff. The office was very organized and efficient. The procedure (root canal) went very well. Dr Pizem explained everything perfectly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend Dr.Pizem and his staff.

I have been a client of Dr. Pizem for over 20 years. Not only has he performed intricate root canals expertly, (even in an emergency), he and his team have educated me about oral care and how it impacts my overall health. I consider him part of my personal health team and credit his human and encouraging approach to making it a pleasure to show up for my annual check-up. Who likes to go to the dentist, right? Well, I do. He works so well that I do not need to visit more than once a year. I highly recommend him.

I've had an enormous amount of work done by Dr. Pizem and his staff in the last several years (root canals, crowns, routine cleaning etc.). They have always been courteous and professional, they are extremely organized and timely, and I feel they respect my time as much as I respect theirs.The confidence with which they perform their work goes a long way in comforting those of us who may find a dental visit / dental operation stressful.
