I highly recommend Royston Watch Co.!! I'm a repeat customer. I've been bringing my watches here for years & have also sent my family here for all thier watch & clock repairs. There has never been a repair that couldn't be fixed quickly, efficiently, & affordably. The best part...most of my repairs have been done for a fraction of the cost that other retailers quoted. Some of the large chain stores I visited wanted triple the price, & my repair would also be sent off-site for the work, for as long as 6-8 weeks. Do yourself a favor & get quality workmanship & friendly service from a local, family owned business...You won't be dissapointed!

Allen is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and definitely knows his way around watches! Last year he replaced two crystals for me and the results were fantastic. This year I had him replace a stripped crown tube in a dive watch and fix some harsh hand winding action in another. Both these watches had been to other watchmakers and no one was able to correct the issues. Allen had these sorted for me and both are now better than they were new.Thanks again for your time sir!

Great service! I had to have my G Shock battery replaced, it was done in front of me within 15 minutes. Very happy, this guy definitely knows his craft.

I broke the glass of my watch and was advised from a different watch company to go to Royston as they said he was quick, and they estimated that their repair would take 4-6 weeks. Upon getting an evaluation at Royston, I was told that my watch would take 3 weeks, but be double the price. I needed the watch for work, so I accepted. Unfortunately, it took 7 weeks until my watch came back. The crystal that was used to replace the watch was far too thick and now sticks out like a sore thumb.I was offered to get it replaced by the correct crystal but I was already frustrated from watching nearly 2 months. I was offered no discount for the wrong sized crystal or the length of time I had to wait.I'll stick with a company who cares more about customer satisfaction next time.

I dropped my chronograph wrist watch and broke something inside, it was a gift and I couldn’t find a replacement watch anywhere so I panicked. I was very surprised Royston watch co. was able to perform a difficult repair on my watch. There was no exaggeration of the problem I felt very comfortable from start to finish. This was 2-3 years ago I have since started a watch collection and returned several times, every time I leave wishing to never lose the opportunity to have my watch repaired by Royston watch co.

This store owner knows his business and is an asset in a city where there are very few watch repair services. However, he is not the most people person type and leaves you feeling you disturbed him .Update: I have been back to see this owner this week and am pleased to say he was much more pleasant and forthcoming this time around .

Dropped my watch off to be repaired, was told 2-3 weeks, 8 weeks later I still haven’t heard anything from Royston and went there to see what’s going on, come to find he hasn’t even looked at it and he said he wouldn’t get to it for a bit. Ended up taking it back, going to bring it to another place.
