My girlfriend went to this clinic today to get help and she was turned away very rudely and not given any help, the secretary had no clue what she was talking about and should not be in the industry of customer service as she embarrassed my girlfriend in front of multiple other people. I am very upset and this secretary needs to be fired or fined and not allowed to work in the medical industry as she was providing false information to us and most likely other people who walk in. I wish I remembered her name but I’m sure other people who are writing reviews about her will know who I am talking about.

I went in with my boyfriend after he hurt his back at work and was taken off of his family doctor's list since he hadn't been there in a while. I was expecting long waits but we were in and out in about an hour (which is faster than when I go to my family doctor's office with an appointment) so we were happy. The reception staff and nurse were friendly, caring, and helpful (wish I knew there names!) We saw Dr. Drkulec who seemed knowledgeable about what pain he was likely experiencing and took the issue seriously.

We had just moved down to the area and do not currently have a family doctor. Our children are young in daycare/school and we needed to have them seen because of the strict daycare/school protocols. We were welcomed by the receptionist and nurse. After speaking with the doctor he was very open minded to the current situations our society is facing and was not open to prescribing unnecessary antibiotics to my children. I was very please with the simplistic approach to medicine and that children have immune systems that can grow resistance to these sicknesses going around. It was refreshing to just have a doctor look them over just incase but advise that letting things run there course was the right approach I was taking. I believe the kindness of staff and the like mindedness with not handing out an antibiotic when not needed is what keeps me bringing me back to his care.

I have to admit I was impressed with the accommodation we got from this walk in clinic. Secretary was nice, specially nurse Rose who has been so compassionate with my son going through recurring fever. I even thought she's a doctor at first due to her level of knowledge. Dr. Drkulec is also very knowledgeable, helpful and patient as he takes the time to answer all my questions. This experience extended all the way to their pharmacy. I would say they are one of the best walk in clinics in the city.

the lady at the front desk treats people like they’re bothering her every single time I’ve been there. The doctor and nurse are great. Her not so much.

Went to this clinic today with my son. There is a closer clinic to our house, but I like this one better. Everybody is very friendly. The doctor answered all of our questions.

Always amazing service. For both myself and my 8 yr old son. Dr D is extremely knowledgeable and always has the right diagnosis/ treatment without fail. I was in agony for over a year l, has seen many doctors. And he had me in surgery within a week after seeing me!

These people from the secretary to the nurse to the doctor are A+ people. I've been around for 20 ish years(they were on Westminister previously) Top notch care and concern always. I'd have to wonder if the doctors reluctance to over prescribe meds/narcotics is the reason for the bad reviews. I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.

Waited for about 45minutes in the examination room, doctor was brief but attentive. He said he sent my prescription to the pharmacy I requested, but my pharmacy never received it. The clinic was closed by the time I had gotten to my pharmacy (1:30pm). Colossal waste of my time.

Dr Frank is an amazing personal, and the beautiful ladies he works with they are ready to help you, I was scheduled for an IME exam, I taught it was a walk in clinic to get my exam done but it wasn’t, not too happy that there is no information telling you that you have to book an appointment wasted my time going there but still the ladies helped me out they scheduled me for the next day so glad it was so fast, came in early to the clinic(I’ll advise you come 30mins before your appointment) did the exam took less than 40mins and I was done. Plus free wifi
