Excellent experiance here. Prompt visits given by the building manager. Very friendly. Everything was as promised in the space. There was one small issue found later on, and it was fixed in less then a week with great communication from the repairman and the building manager. 10/10

This place is so noisy. They work almost everyday in construction (in the building) and they make really noise with a drill. I work in my computer for conferences and I always have to apologize to my colleagues because of the noise which is very disturbing. They ask you to keep the environments quietly when you sign the Bail, but often, there are partys on my neighbour room on the side until 2-3 in the morning. I should called the police twice and I knocked at their door 3 times. Also, in winter, they fix the heater not to be warm enough as the heater is included in the price. Finally, they often cut the water for reconstruction or repair problems. I certainly don't recommend this place even if the view of the downtown is good.

This place is extremely noisy as they do construction up and down almost every day. I could not even have a decent sleep. The rent is not even reasonable, which is up to 1045 at least. Not to mention this building is infested with ants. I did not see cockroaches, but ants are everywhere. Think twice before moving in here!!!

Very noisy! The environment is bad because it is very hot and humid in August.
