The owner here is nice, helpful and doesn't cheat customers by overcharging. Sam was incredible and was THE ONLY person that was able to get the parts needed to fix my phone. Professional and efficient (less than an hour) and would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!!!

I bought a lCD for my Iphone 12 pro. They suggested their best lCD with ONE YEAR OF WARRANTY, so I didn’t test the LCD infront of them. I just plugged in the lCD to my phone and it came up defective like the picture is attached. I went there to use my WARRANTY, but unfortunately, they didn't accept it. The reason was funny enough to write this review. They told me because we have hundreds of intact LCDs in our store; it's not our problem and you damaged it because you plugged in the LCD. They offered me a 10$ discount to buy a new LCD from them. I highly recommend testing everything in front of them even a phone case because there is no customer service after you leave their store.

I brought my LG G8X to Kam with a broken screen and headphone jack. Not only was his parts cheaper than everywhere else, he went above and beyond by fixing more than what I asked him to. We are in Nova Scotia and we have dealt with this company for a number of years and have always found them to be very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our order is filled as we desire. Prices and quality as good as many and better than most. Delivery service is courier and 24 hours and we are working with our parts order. Our customers really like our turn around time. Great staff. It was my first time ordering from this wholesaler and I was just extremely satisfied! the product was extremely hight quality and the shipping was as fast as Amazon Prime!! One thing I wish they sold as it would save me the hassle of ordering from another store is the water resistant stickers. If you guys could start selling those that would be excellent! I highly recommend this store for repair businesses!

I went to this shop to replace the cracked screen of my iPad Pro 12.9” in early June 2020. I had no other issue aside from a cracked screen. The technician named Kam did not install the replacement screen properly. Right after he installed it, I noticed black spots on the screen (backlight issue). Thus, he said to wait for another shipment of LCD parts coming from China. I patiently waited for 3 weeks before he replaced another screen, this time the backlight issue was solved but in return he messed up a connection in my motherboard that caused ghost touch issues. After waiting for over 4 months for him to find solutions on this, he still could not fix the issue and told me to just leave the condition this way. He refused to take responsibility of the ghost touch issue and even blamed the slight bend on my iPad to be the issue for this. That was extremely disappointing to hear so I went to another shop in Mississauga called Comet Squared for a second opinion. The technician at Comet Squared easily detected a loose connection issue to the motherboard, and said that it was obvious that Kam had messed up my motherboard connection when he tried to fix the backlight because the LED in the display is powered by the board. Not only that, but Kam also misplaced the cover plate to the motherboard of my iPad. After waiting for over 4 months, he not only failed to repair my issue, but he also broke other things in my motherboard. The technicians there LACK THE COMPETENT SKILLS to do a basic repair, let alone sells low quality replacement screens. I had to make up for the additional repair costs that I had to get done for my motherboard as well as my time wasted going back and forth to Kam’s shop with the repeat issues I faced. I would NOT recommend this repair shop and would rather spend the extra money to go to a more professional and competent one.

This is the best Phone parts store in Mississauga. Much more variety then other places here and much better prices.

Ordered online. Received my Samsung A8 Rear glass and ear piece for a water damage replacement. The ear piece had remaining double sided tape on it (old used unit perhaps?). The fitment of the rear glass was terrible, it was sticking out in every corners. Emailed the company, they never even bothered answering me. I got another glass elsewhere for 1/3 the price with 200% better fit.EDIT: As soon as I posted this they contacted me, told me to clean the edges before I installed the rear cover on.... lmao.
