I have been storing with Joe and his Father forever. Secure ventilated climate controlled battery tended or not. Motorcycle and boats as well. Multiple storage locations. I never worry about my vehicles. Management excellent to deal with.

They never reply to your request. I did reach out to the owner after he provided his contact information. I have confirmed to him that my contact with his company for a request by quote was done on his web site using his form submission page on Sep.11 at 6:50am based on my browser history indicating receipt of submission. Sounds like a problem with the site if he didn't get the request.

Great storage prices but shoddy and unpredictable service. I would go somewhere else, where I pay a bit more but get professional and courteous service.

I have been storing my 2010 Jaguar XF for 8 or 9 years with them and never got an issue. Top notch service from Joe and his dad. Will continue to store my car with them. Highly recommended

When I got home after picking my car up from storage I noticed that the underside of my front spoiler had been severely damaged. I informed them and they denied having damaged my car but asked me to send some pictures. They didn't get back to me. I tried several times to contact them and left messages but they never returned my calls!

Always the best service. They are very accommodating and always give that extra attention to detail. I am beyond satisfied. Thanks guys for another great year of doing business with you guys!

No frills car storage with limited customer service.I used Canada Car Storage for indoor storage of my car while out of the country for six months. The car was in the exact same condition when I picked it up, which is the highlight of the experience.I was over billed for the services and was unable to receive any correspondence from the staff. They are unavailable by email and only on rare occasions are they available by phone. Almost a month after having picked up my vehicle, I am still waiting for a detailed invoice and reimbursement.Bottom line: Car was stored as advertised, but use caution when dealing with the staff. I would recommend ensuring a proper contract is signed before using this service. You may have to use your own contract, as the one provided by the company is full of spelling errors and less than comprehensive.
