Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre - Burlington

We took our children to Artemis for a psycho educational assessment, because we were concerned about our eldest's reading ability. The testing process was very comprehensive and the psychologist helped us really understand the test results and their implications on our children's abilities/strengths.We would highly recommend Artemis to anyone who is looking for a better understanding of their children's strenghts and abilities.

They say someone will get in touch to discuss fees. What they really mean is that the fact the initial assessment costs over 2k will be buried near the very bottom of a long email confirming your appointment. Their targeted clientele are people with ADHD. They know what they’re doing by burying that info and they know that’s not an affordable price for the average person to spend on a single consultation/assessment - especially during/after Covid. It’s unethical and frankly exploitative.

My assessment with Artemis has helped me excel in my schooling career, as my accommodations allowed me the support to utilize the full extent of my abilities thus doing better in school. The staff were amazingly helpful and helped me to not feel stressed about the testing, Afterwords they answered any and every question or concern I had. When it comes time to get an assessment for collage/university I fully intend to return to Artemis.

I can’t speak to my experience yet with the therapy or assessments here, but I have to say that Keith is so lovely to deal with. He is SO helpful.

Brought my son in for an assessment. The staff was absolutely fantastic across the board: knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. It has honestly changed his life. I owe Artemis a debt of gratitude. Highly recommended.

Artemis has helped two of our children with assessments. Before finding Artemis I contacted a different clinic that had been recommended by my family doctor - they had a four-month wait time! Artemis was able to see my child within two weeks, and their price was better. Artemis' psychologists were warm, welcoming, and made the in-person assessment process easy. The results were prepared quickly, and they were very thorough in explaining what it all meant. The assessments provided by Artemis have made a very positive impact in our children's schooling, and we're very grateful for their help. I would recommend Artemis - we liked them so much we went back!
