Keith was very thorough! He found lots of things wrong ,that we would have missed.Gave us pictures of problems and recommendations of how to fix. A true professional!

I recommend against using Integrity Inspection Services. Per our realtor's recommendation, we selected Integrity to inspect a home we purchased in the fall of 2017. There are a number of things that Integrity missed during the inspection that we are now needing to fix out of our own pocket, some significant, including wet/rotting sub-floor underneath well tank/water softener/iron filter (the utilities are located on the same level/floor of the house, and the iron filter was nearly falling through the floor), and rain water running behind the siding causing wet/rotten sheathing and damaged insulation and drywall. The report I was given at the end of the inspection was low quality, and contained very few pictures, and the embedded pictures were included were very small and low quality. I have used 2 other home inspectors in other parts of Wisconsin for 2 other real estate purchases in the last 8 years, and have had a much higher quality inspection, more thorough and complete, with much higher quality reports and pictures, including CD's containing all of the high resolution pictures and even some videos. Overall a very poor experience, I recommend looking elsewhere for an inspector.

Keith at Integrity Inspections was recommended to me by my realtor, and after completing a home inspection with him, it was easy to see why he was the sole home inspector that was recommended to me.As a first-time home buyer, I knew little about what I should be paying attention to. Keith encouraged me to follow him around the house for the entire inspection, and encouraged me to ask about anything that I did not understand.He pointed out every little thing inside and outside the house. He tested every outlet and opened every window, which I’m sure is normal, but he also took the time to explain how every little thing worked. Even the odd-looking phone jack in one of the bedrooms. If something needed to be fixed, he not only told me why it needed to be fixed, but gave me an estimate on what it would cost to fix it so that I could better determine what issues I could address myself down the road, and what should be brought to the seller to address prior to closing.Most of my questions were answered before I even had the chance to ask them, but whenever I inquired about a random valve, pipe, switch or wire, he told me exactly what it was. If something needed to be adjusted down the road, or would need maintenance in certain seasons, he covered that as well.The major findings of the inspection report were covered with me as soon as the inspection was completed, and a digital copy of the report—complete with images and notes—was emailed over to me just a few short hours after the inspection was completed.I now know more about my house that I thought I would, and it’s all thanks to Keith. If I am ever looking to sell or buy a house in the Fox Valley ever again, I know who to call for an inspection.
