the staff here are super sweet!! i spilled a cup of coffee on me and despite the busy morning, they helped clean up + made the order again :) (it meant a lot to me since it was my 1st time ordering an expensive drink) i wish i got the name of the barista and given a larger tip, but it made my day. a perfect place to visit if you’re a mac student!

If you place any value on your time, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I cannot for the life of me understand how this passes as anything close to customer service. Waiting 30 minutes for 2 coffees is beyond ridiculous. If I knew how to give zero stars, I would. One word - AVOID.

I love coming to this Starbucks instead of the one on campus as I find my drinks are always made really well! The employees are also all very nice :) A good place to study if you find a spot to sit at, however, it can get pretty noisy.

As a student at mac I don't come to this shop often, but when I do the staff is super nice. I was one of those people who got the red cup (among the chaos) today. For what its worth, the staff was super nice given the rush of people. The person who was calling out names (I believe his name might have been shane?) was also very polite telling people to have a great day. Lots of patience and hospitality from the staff!!

Staff is rude and everyone stands around like zombies waiting for their mobile orders you don’t know where to line up because everyone is just waiting everywhere they should try to make it more organized

I've ordered here a couple times. The coffee is usually warm when it should be hot, and just today they gave me a hot chocolate instead of the coffee I ordered. This place is fine, but if you can I'd try a different Starbucks.I forgot to add they always forget to add whipped cream when I've asked for it. :/

the baristas here hustle!! lines get so long + lots of mobile orders but they’re always so fast. i would mobile order on my walk to school and drinks would always be ready before i got there :) they don’t compromise quality for speed as well - drinks are well made. wish it was bigger inside, there’s not a lot of seats for studying
