Always receive great service. My son can be very fussy and my daughter is vegetarian. When we went today, the server remembered my so receiving the wrong order last time and gave us his combo at a discounted price. Very helpful and kind!

Mozza burgers are my favorite and I absolutely love the onion rings. The spicy onion ring salt tastes great on their fries too!

Great food and service, never had a bad food experience here and the staff is always really friendly.I would give this place 5 stars but the debit machine always has issues and the vents above the cash registers need to be cleaned as their is like 10 pounds of dust stuck to them.

A&W has quality food compared to most other fast food. I don't feel bloated eating their beef burgers.Their staff is experienced and considerate offering alternatives to add value to your purchase.

Lady was coughing and rubbing face then touching food and pop not washing hands noticed after i had got my food. How gross it looked.

Deserves a 0 star. My mother and I ate at A&W McAllister Place in Saint John NB today. It was absolutely vile! I waited in the queue for an exceptionally long time. When I got to the till I was given a list of items that were not available.. onions, onion rings, ketchup, seeded buns, and so on. I placed our order and had to wait what seemed 20 minutes or longer. All of the food was tepid. The fries were more than overcooked... they were at the point that they were hollow and greasy. The Poutine was extremely unpleasant. It was made with the overcooked fries and stone cold. Our burgers too were cold and the meat was anemic and almost seemed to be poached? The burgers were revolting! If it wasn't for the queue to return the food I would have. It all went in the bin. It was appalling, unacceptable and a complete waste of my money and time. Unbelievable! $26 down the drain!! We went elsewhere and had to pay again. Not impressed.

Girl at the counter spent so much time leaning over the counter and chatting to her boyfriend repeatedly that the food was lukewarm. Took a few minutes to get her to realise that someone was actually standing at the counter wanting to place an order.I usually go to the other location but decided since I was already in the mall I’d go here.I love A & W but please, hire people that don’t chat with their friends/boyfriends and ignore actual customers.Doesn’t deserve a paycheck and if she’s got time to lean on the counter then she’s got time to clean the place between customers.

Wont let me give 0 stars but thats what this place should get. Gave me an uncooked burger with blood coming out of it , went back to let them know , buddy behind the counter just shrugged me off and told me it was normal , I'm not usually one to complain but getting a bloody hamburger wasn't what I was looking for ,
