It's hard to rate this place and not come across negative.. but pretty much everything in this store is cheap, poorly made, ill fitting junk. Another issue is you're not allowed to try on the accessories that go along with some costumes, well, most of the costumes rely on the accessories as the focus point of the costume... 80 bucks for a Spiderman suit that fits like this is ridiculous.. 5'10 to 6'2 it says.. "second skin".. lolAnyway.. #firstworldproblemsI'd just like something with a TINY bit of quality.."

Went in to grab some final touch things for a costume...seriously epic customer service; was asked if I needed help 5 times before I left the store. Combine that with some great selection makes a good place to visit...it is one of those rather pricey stores though...

I love Party Stuff! However there was no place for my basket by the register and I was asked to carry it back to the front. That might not be possible if someone's hands are full.

Felt Extremely disappointed and discouraged !! I went there to pick up stuff for a small welcome party of my newborn baby boy and I was addressed quite rudely by one of the staff member who helps with the balloon bouquets.She seemed a Caucasian teenager to me who told me straight to my face that the balloon bouquet was too expensive for me(brown ethnicity) when I asked her politely to make one for me !!I feel so sad for the bright young generation that they are still taught hate and superiority over people of color. I feel sorry for them !!But I won’t visit Party stuff at this location ever again.The party stuff at Regent has such wonderful and welcoming staff.

These guys definitely have the largest selection of party stuff for every party occasion. It is pricey for sure, but I guess you're paying for the convenience of a one stop party shop. They didn't have what I was looking for this time, though what my girls wanted was not the latest cartoon fad! Obvs they can't carry everything, but the selection is huge. Lots of fun stuff.

I'm really disappointed with the balloons that I ordered. I ordered a small balloon display for my niece's 13th birthday party and when her mom picked it up today, the staff member told her that whoever put it together had tied the #3 too tight to the weight so the bottom loop broke off of it and they had to double-sided tape it to the #1. Now the numbers will not stand up straight no matter what we do. If they knew it wasn't done right, they should have done it over.

very bad shopping here！The first time I came here to shop, I felt a very bad shopping experience. The attitude of the waiters was very poor. I was impatient to buy a few balloons! There are a lot of extra consumption, and the attitude is very poor. It's a really bad shopping experience

Staff at baloon arrangements area is not knowledgeable and extremely unhelpful. Went there 2 time bad experience.
