So smelly all the time. Its been above 1 month but whenever i visit them always so smelly and because of that smell i never bought anything this month. I tried to buy so many time but that smell always disappoint me and i have to return from their without buying anything. They also need to pay attention to their food. I bought English muffin with egg and cheese and when they gave me my order the cheese was out of muffin and i have to put cheese inside by myself and once they gave cold muffin and i have to throw full muffin in garbage without even one bite because it was so cold that i was not able to take one bite. This college tim needs to focus on their environment and cleaning.

No problems with my food they do the best they can. most of the staff are super friendly and nice. But there is one male manager there who every-time I see him, he is being completely unprofessional. He is always yelling at the staff in front of the entire store everyone hears it it’s so awful I feel so bad for the staff you can tell they are trying their best. I know how frustrating it is to work with new people but no one deserves to be treated like how this guy treats and disrespects the staff

Rude behavior experienced from the staff. It is okay to get our food fast it doesn't mean that they can behave in whatever manner they want. Very much rude behavior.

A worker named Anjali has a bad attitude toward customers. Also, she does not know how to speak to the customer. First, they do not pay attention to the drink details and then tell them about their mistake and ask for another drink; then they get aggressive and show a bad attitude.

Had asked for 2 Pennie change and the cashier woman and the supervisor responded back very rudely.on Monday June 5th . I don't think these kind of behaviour and hospitality from a timhorton outlet.

Never any hot food available, staff are poorly treated by female supervisor. Again, why no hot food? Owner Tracy was unhelpful via Email communication also.
