My first time at this reptile store in Fonthill. Had a great experience. Madison was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was juggling multiple customers but still executed tremendous customer service. She was patient with my 2 year old daughter and helped us pick out a red eye tree frog. We never felt rushed or that we were asking too many questions. 10/10!

Went there on January 15 not too long after they opened for the day. We had just rescued a chameleon and needed supplies. I had never been there before and was so pleased. The prices were great but what really impressed me was the staff. The girl on cash (I didn’t get her name) was kind, friendly, and helpful. Mike was awesome. The store was pretty busy but he took his time to show us around, answer any questions we had as well as give us recommendations for the care of our new friend. All my business will go here from now on.

The young male stuff is Very knowledgeable about these things, helped me alot about the setup and my interest about my very first lizard pet. New into this but i think thisnis the place to go if you want have some lizards

Amazing store with lots of great products and animals! What I find best about this store is the staff. Always friendly, always knowledgeable and they always take the time to explain things that need explaining and they’re just overall great! I’ve mostly dealt with Mike the owner and Brooke who my kids just adore! Thanks for all your help guys!

Been there twice and had some issues with service. The owner welcomed me in to discuss my concerns with him and wants to change to have a more inclusive atmosphere" and better customer service. Mike is a really great guy and his staff are very nice as well. I'm definitely going back soon to pick up my Salmon Pink toed Bird Eater T and more. Thanks again Mike."

Brooke was so nice and helpful! We had questions about our snake and she had the answers! She suggested we get a fountain for him to help with the humidity in his tank and safe to say he loves it! They had lots of reptile accessories definitely worth a stop even to just visit the reptiles! Thanks again Brooke :)

Purchased our first snake for my son's 8th birthday. Did a lot of research talked to various reptile stores in our surrounding area. After many conversations I found this particular store to be the most informative. Upon arrival we asked for a baby snake we where not sure on type of snake. After explaining it was for my 8 yr.old son he was with me at the time and the fact we have never owned a snake before I was hoping that the lady would pair us with a easy beginner snake . After 5 min in the back she came out and handed me a 7month old male ball python. I looked him over he was vary still and did not tighten around my hands in fear. The price was vary reasonable and Iam extremely happy with the service and our newest addition Mr.Snickers! After the chocolate bar! Even now after almost 5 months I have never heard him hiss or been bitten. A+++ on reptile temperament and quality for cost . Keep doing what you doing Reptile Kingdom you have my business any day and highly recommend you to anyone looking for anything reptile.

They don’t have the animals any more (like the zoo part)but they did let me and my 6 year old look at. What they they giant spiders they has be hind counter

5 stars for Sam. He was super knowledgeable and entertained our guests throughout the show. Sam was super respectful and fun to interact with. He arrived on time for our birthday. I will definitely invite him in the future and am looking forward to interacting with his reptiles.
