Couldn’t hurt to have better signage. It’s clean and there are lots of stalls. The main issue is the charging speed — not impressive at all. Very slow, all three times I’ve been there. Yesterday I went at 7:40 am (no one else was there) and later around 1:30 pm (2 cars there) — both times it was very slow.

Tesla navigation directions take you to the wrong place. Use any other option to get there. It's under whole foods parking lot. Great charger

A lot of chargers and only a few cars charging. It is in the underground parking across from Browns Social house.

The supercharger is located at Carey Road side, the sign is not very viable , should be improved.

It is very difficult to find the location… spent half an hour to find it literally running up and down the parking levels.. finally found it by asking the janitor at the mall… it is near carey rd

Ok, we punched the address into maps and we were so confused because it took us street level of Whole Foods. I’m grateful for the reviews as it helped us find our way

The actual location is in the parking of Uptown (a shopping mall) or just go towards Whole Foods. Then enter the carpark and head to Level 1, K29 Ignore the Tesla map directions as it will lead you nowhere
