This was quick and efficient, and definitely lived up to its name; each key took a minute to cut. There was an offer of buying 2 and getting one free, which I took advantage of. Highly recommended.

All good except it did not warn me that there will be no printed receipt. When it asked for e-receipt I declined and thought it will print a paper receipt, but it seems that is not an option. Therefore it should be clearly communicated to the user.

Happy that I can copy my key without having to wait for store assistant. That is a good experience. When I am not consuming store assistant time and helping myself with self-service, price should be lower. Fail to understand why on earth store assisted key copying is priced between $3-$4, and self-service where customer copies his own key is priced 35% higher at $5.49. But for price match or lower price compared to store assisted price, i would have given 5 star. Please consider competitive pricing of less than store assisted price. I am aware you give a coupon for $1 for next order, but if you maintain price lower than store assisted price, you don't need to spend money on coupons.
