Great, friendly service, smooth installation - I would highly recommend. We had quotes from several other companies; Oakville Windows & Doors was not only competitive, but also very patient as we made up our minds and personalized our style of windows and doors. Installation by Kris and his team was fast and tidy. We will definitely be coming back to Matt and Julia at Oakville Windows & Doors in the future!

Very pleasant to deal with. Service is prompt , polite and efficient. Hopefully all will go well with our new front door as I chose this company over others. ThanksUpdate: Unfortunately while cleaning our door a few weeks ago, we noticed small holes on the finish of each side frame. I let the company know and someone finally showed up . He insisted that the finish was not flawed even though we showed him our neighbour's perfect door to compare. We realise that the holes are very small pin holes except for one that is larger. However, considering the cost of this project we feel that something should be done about it.We were contacted and the frame will be fixed.Thanks for excellent service!

We had a great experience getting 3 windows replaced recently. Everyone we had contact with, from sales to service to installers, was helpful and pleasant. Will be back when it's time to get my other windows replaced.

Originally we ordered front and back doors a European style, beautiful and solid doors that were very professionally over two years ago. So we went back for a quotation on windows, pricing was fair and competitive and the installation was done professionally. The install team cleaned up after the install of each window. The job is done and the house looks great....Many thanks Julia and Matthew and your Installation Team!

Excellent customer service from the quote to the completion! Very impressed with the staff. The gentlemen that installed the windows were efficient, polite, and considerate of my home. They cleaned up after themselves so that you barely knew they were here. Even my dog liked them! Thank you!

Oakville Windows and Doors is that one stop shop for all your windows and door needs. Julia and Matthew are extremely detailed and knowledgeable, they made the door selection process seamless. I relied on them for the hardware and other fittings and believe it, no single regret. My home was completely transformed.I must give it to the lead installer Ludo, he was most professional and respectful. The whole process was flawless and right on schedule, everything was perfect. My definition of Excellent Customer Experience.

We had a small non-urgent job (patio screen door replacement) and had reached out to a few windows and doors companies to see about getting the work completed. Julia from Oakville Windows and Doors was quick to respond, and was able to get her colleagues to visit our home within a very reasonable period of time to assess what needed to be done. I especially appreciated that they didn't try to sell me more than I needed.The job did take quite some time from start to finish (about three months), but I was in no rush. Marek who conducted the measurements and did the install was great.My only *tiny* piece of feedback is that communication from the company wasn't particularly proactive; I found myself having to reach out for status updates on a few occasions after not having heard anything for quite some time. I didn't even receive a quote for the job until the measurements had been completed and the door was in the process of being manufactured. (I don't know what they would have done had I not been ok with the price!) In the end, we felt that the pricing was very reasonable, and was in-line with the original quote.I am hoping that we won't have to replace any of our windows/doors anytime in the near future, but if/when we do, I will be happy to work with Oakville Windows and Doors again.

Can t say enough about Andre and his team at Oakville Windows and Doors. Andre will go that extra mile for you his team of installers in particular Walter are excellent. They are efficent, tidy and their work speaks volumes.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Matthew and Julia were always very responsive. While we spoke to a couple of other window companies, Oakville Window and doors went above and beyond by providing some solutions the others could not that resulted in significant savings.
