Cant go wrong with any of their selections! Classic Apple Crumble was sold out, so tried the Cinna Bun Cheese which tastes better than what youd imagine!Friendly service, even late in the evening.

Best place to go to when you’re really craving for sweets! Delicious hot chocolate, blueberry crumble pie nice and warm, and brownie caramel cheesecake! Mmm!! I’m definitely going back!

Sure, service is slow-ish but they're busy and you can see all the employees doing their very best. Staff are super kind.This is probably the only place in the West Island where you can find decent 7$ drinks (I only remembered to take a photo after drinking half of it...). Deserts and shakes were great, didn't try the food yet.

GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF. everyone is literally so nice and they are always welcoming us with a smile on their faces. They are doing their best although they are under-staffed considering the restaurant is busy. James was the one serving our table and we always have great service from him. we are always satisfied with the service and we will definitely come back.

On the 24th I called at 3:20pm to reserve my favorite strawberry shortcake pie.I got there around 5 only to be told by the girl that because that they sold it to someone else.I was very disappointed, she explained that because I didn't show up at 3 they sold it.I showed her my call log it was 3:20pm.She didn't have anything to say.She did offer a discount on a brownie cheesecake that I could not enjoy as I don't eat cheesecakes.The gentleman who was working did sell me a slice of the cake I wanted for 5$..not sure I should have paid for it at all given they messed up my order and tried to blame me.If there's a next time that I order from this location I'll make sure they write the time I called.I would suggest any who wants to reserve do the same.

So rude. We walked in and they lied to our face and said that there wasn’t any tables available when there was literally 2 right in front of our face. the guy with the glasses and black hair said this. there was only like two employees and everyone was a student with their laptop on their tables who literally just had a glass of water and a coffee and girls with there feet on the booths. they prioritized students who literally just had a coffee instead of a family of 4 who literally just wanted to eat a decent meal. It was around 4:00pmDecember 4 It was the blonde lady and the guy with black hair and glasses. The girl walked by us several times and didn’t even say hi they were shocked when we got up and left even though it took them over 10 minutes to seat us even though there was seats available and they lied to us infront of our face saying there wasn’t any then he quickly realized he wasn’t getting rid of us anytime soon so he decided to clear a table. it’s literally like a café or a library now literally everyone has laptops. Tables of four with one girl taking up a seat of four. and they weren’t even eating.

Service: TRASHThe atmosphere is horrendous. We ordered after waiting 20 mins to be served and waited another 20-25 mins to receive a simple smoothie. One of the guys ignored us purposefully 2 times. The lady was extremely slow and dull. They were 3-5 in the kitchen and they were all chatting! Their group of friends sitting at the bar ended up bringing us water instead of the servers themselves. Please do better; asking for the minimum is something but receiving the worst service ever is something else.
