Went in today and three of what I assume to be teenage employees all standing around doing nothing; didn't offer to help or ask if I needed anything. I had some questions but since they looked like they couldn't be bothered I turned around and walked out. Won't be going back.

This Lids location has a good selection of hats to choose from. The staff however leave something to be desired. They will never ask if you need help, they spend their time amongst themselves talking. Would be so much better if Lids stopped hiring a bunch of inked up high schoolers.

Pretty disappointed with this place. Went in to purchase a hat with my own logo embroidered. I already had an embroidery file from other gear I’ve had produced. Unfortunately they insist on charging $25 to “digitize it again for their machine” and it’s their company policy. Embroidery files (dst) are standardized across the industry…. Unfortunate that Lids policy seems to just be to rip off their customers with fakes charges.

I have to give the team at Lids a big thumbs up.I placed an order in April and was expecting them in June. When I hadn't heard anything by July, I was concerned. So I called, and there were further delays at headquarters. Jason, the location manager, took over and made the order happen at their store by bringing in the caps from other stores. That made a huge difference, and my order timing for July 28th was saved. Thank you!

This store location is always great. I was cutting hair in the mall and I sent my niece to get some autograph signature made on site. She couldn't remember the player but the store staff recalled and I'm very pleased to say my Brad Marchand #63 hat is my favorite.

Got the best guys always customizing and designing my hats SCOTT and JACKSON and get what I expect especially never have to worry or hesitate even give Jersey city a lot of credit especially NICOLE and JAKOB does an impressive job getting my orders done on time
