If you need toys this is the place to go!The staff is beyond friendly! Kids can look at try stuff out. Huge selection....Much better choose than one of those big box shops!!!!

Wonderful store. My daughters and I always have fun shopping here!

I love shopping at Mastermind toys with my daughter. They have a very good selection of toys ranging from interactive, educational, active and just for fun. We especially like the craft section. The staff here are amazing and always greet us with a smile and offer to help. I have never once met an unfriendly person working here, so good job on that! The prices can be a few more dollars than some of the other store but its close to our home and staff's attitude is worth paying a few extra dollar here.

Customer service was very bad. When we went to return a $50 toy, they said it wasn't resalaleble quality even though everything was in the box. Then they told us to contact the manufacturer so they won't help us where we payed our money. You are selling something in your store but not taking responsibility for it They weren't even TRYING to help us. We explained that we wouldn't know what was wrong unless we opened the box. Very bad service >=(. There were two managers and one was Kellie. Will never buy from them.

Amazing staff with great selection. Spent an hour in the store on a busy Saturday looking through Lego mini figures. The staff helped me find the one I was looking for by going through the boxes in the back. I didn’t even ask for help, they just wanted to help me and make sure I got what I wanted.

I love Mastermind Toys, and today I visited this location with my wife and son for a little birthday shopping. We came prepared with a list of things that the website showed to be In Stock. We had a hard time finding the items on the shelf, but Hailee offered to help and she was able to track down all but one of the items - which was awesome! We totally understand that the website isn't always right, and this website was apparently just a few days old. We felt really well taken care of, and the store was very clean. I saw employees using hand sanitizer and it felt like the cleanest toy store I ever remember shopping at. Thanks for going above and beyond during this weird time - shopping for toys felt surprisingly normal, even with the masks and floor stickers for social distancing.

Very good selection, we also got the toy gift wrapped in a few seconds.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I found their tower displays to be unsafe, as one of them almost fell on my toddler, luckily he wasn't hurt. I hope they fix it, for everyone's safety
