Dauw Automatic Car Wash

Been using it for years because there is nothing else, but my vehicle never comes out clean.

Would be nice if they had a change machine there

Automatic wash is useless, barely cleans your car, and the under body wash is broken, and only works on one half. Got charged the $14 one time and the bay never opened because it must have been out of order. (Still haven't got a refund, or even the courtesy of someone answering the phone.)The self service bays are even worse, soap isn't working more often than it is, usually because it's empty, (how much effort does it take to replace a 55 gallon drum of soap every couple weeks?)The worst of all is the last time I gave it a chance, the soap setting sprayed out the same chemical as the tire cleaner setting. It's a good thing I noticed it was the tire cleaner, so that I didn't damage my paint, that would've been an extremely expensive repair.

Enough is enough. If you don’t want to serve the community, close the business or sell it.I have been a loyal customer since I moved to Wallaceburg. I am not one that takes to writing reviews often. This is the second in my life. But after spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars at your car wash over the years I’m fed up with the lack of maintenance.The debit at the automatic wash has been broken for well over a year leaving cash only as an option and no change machine on site, and the automatic portion of the wash is closed nearly always now. Despite the sign saying it is open, and as of the last two times I’ve been through it’s simply taken my $20 and not given change.I used to be extremely happy with this touchless wash, it was clean and did a good job. But if you’re going to expect customers to return and pay $14 for a wash, things need to change.I hope in the future the issues are rectified and we can once again have a reliable automatic wash in town for us individuals who don’t have the better part of an hour to wash our cars every week.

Machines are frequently out of order or not functioning correctly. Often very dirty inside. Wash functions (pre, tire, gloss, wax) don’t always work and the soap brush is over worn and had little soap. Fine if you only need the rinse function.

I used to love this place but it seems maintenance is not in the owners interest. My vehicle is dirtier then when I went into the automatic. Wand wash never has pre soak anymore. Absolute disgrace of a car wash.

When the suds are flowing it's a bubbly good time. I have showed up a couple of times when the well was dry of soap. However, o was present more then once when the owner walked thru dropping dollars into the machine for extended time, very nice gesture keeps me going back.

Great water pressure and they have the wall clamps for you vehicle now. Even an air blower although I thought they would push out more air , not a bad car wash overall.

Car wash cleaned my truck super good.. I'm glad they updated the pressure washers.. I Love it!
