The store is always clean and well stocked with a wide variety of products for just about any pet with numerous different brands to choose from. The young man who helped with my purchase was very friendly,and we were talking and joking around. I like that kind of atmosphere.

This is a nice clean store with almost everything you need for your pets. The prices are reasonable and competitive. They have a wide selection of fish and a good warranty/return policy. You can bring your pets inside. There is also plenty of parking.

Nice commercial pet store with a great selection of products for all our pets.I went in for a specific product but it was all out of stock, this was the second PetsMart I had tried and both had no stock.Great selection of dog products but they cater to everyone's needs.

Highly recommend Petsmart at the Tecumseh mall! The make my boy feel very comfortable and groom him very well. He always looks very fresh and is so happy after getting his bath, brush and trim. Heather is able to calm him down and he’s gotten used to her and is always happy on his groom days! Very professional with a happy attitude. Love going into the salon. Everyone is smiling and enjoying what they do. Always on time without rushing and getting the job done wonderfully. She always listens to what I want done and is absolutely wonderful at what she does.

Lots of stuff for cats and dogs. The products are cheap, and are pretty good price. I wish there was a lot more variety but my go to for cat supplies! They have a dog training place too! And a grooming place

We brought our puppy to this location. It was not as clean in the grooming area as Lauzon but the service was amazing! My dog was super happy. The girls did an excellent job! Keep up the great work.

On Sept 19, 2022 brought Zara, my three year old French Bulldog in for a spa appointment (bath, nails, etc) at the Windsor Legacy Park location.I got a phone call from the store manager that Zara was at the vet and being treated for a broken dew claw. Apparently it got caught in the drain mesh during her bath. Zara was bandaged and given pain meds and antibiotics. She was in a lot of pain when I arrived. The manager was apologetic and promised a follow up phone call to see how Zara is and to discuss possible resolution.Two days later and she still hasn’t called.

Love this store for my pups needs. The staff are so friendly. And helpful. The young lady helped me find a different type of puppy food for dogs that have a lot of gas!!! Yes my dog is deadly!! Bought a winter coat for 1/2 price and a bag of treats. Walked around to see what all sales they had. Was a fun shopping experience. Oh and I got to use my $10 in points to save even more!!
