It was a pleasure having Nash help me today at the post office. She is very kind and very helpful.

Service is very slow, mostly because people want to hear every shipping option and take time to make a decision. Would be nice if the employees asked “is anyone here just to pick up a package” as that takes 30 seconds and I could be on my way.

Great experience with Nash every time I visit the location. She is amazing!

I went there to send a mail, first time in Canada. It was a great experience. The lady at the front helped and guided me and cleared all my queries, despite of a long queue behind. This doesn't mean she was late. Great servvice overall.

The lineup is normally long. Try to go on a non busy day as you could be waiting in a line up for a half an hour. I was trying to get more information about a mailbox with them and forwarding my mail. Sadly the girl didn't know much about thoes topics. I had to call in to the main phone line to get those answers. They're always polite and hygienic since the covid-19 happened. They have little circles on the floor to stand and wait your turn so no one can get into your space. You can do credit card or cash with them. They even have a hand sanitizer solution for you to use when you get to the front of the line.

Yes during covid and lockdown in peel they r extremely busy . So expect line up . It's not the staffs fault ... they need more employees there in Canada post to help with the long line up. But the customer service reps are very king and respectful .

I had a feeling that my package had already arrived at the post office for pickup but did not show as delivered on the app. I waited 2 days thinking it maybe got lost but I ended up going in to ask anyway. Sure enough the lazy staff did not bother scanning it and when I asked if she could go and at least check in the back she gave me an even harder time and said “I’ll do it this one time but we aren’t supposed to deliver packages that aren’t ready”, how does that make sense? It’s YOUR job to scan them right away when they come in, not leave it in the back for 2 days and then show attitude when you’re called out about your job duties.
