If there were 6 stars, I'd give them to Steelhead! They have been indispensable on several occasions after our maintenance contract expired. Not just once they’ve gone above and beyond; they know their stuff and always gracious and helpful. It really is a pleasure to know this company!

I just saw the review on after sales support. Let me tell you that if you want bad support, try companies like An.. or Col.... where you can't even get someone to answer the phone. We switched to Steelhead about a year ago. Average wait time to get someone to answer the phone - none. (I'm not even going to tell you what the other places were like - and another nameless equipment place asked me to do something illegal - seriously). Steelhead is either able to remote in or walk us through a problem in about 10-15 minutes or they have someone onsite in about 4 hours, which is critical in tax time. One time with one of the competitors we had to buy a small printer from Staples because they were going to be days to fix a problem. Days. In tax season. Really! My office manager has just told me we're never switching because she can at least talk with a person at Steelhead. They have been patient with us and we so appreciate that we aren't a big customer, but they don't treat us like a small one.

After dealing with Steelhead for the last 20 years, I can say they are the best team around for helping you with your copier needs. From helpful and polite staff in the office to tech support and delivery service that come to your home or office all over the lower mainland when there is a problem that needs fixing or a machine that needs replacing. A great group of people from a great company.

We would highly recommend this company for any of your printing needs. They were friendly, courteous and taught us how to use the printer easily. They have excellent service and are readily available.

Steelhead is always willing to work with us to generate new solutions, they bring value with their printers which are so reliable. Service calls are responsive and they do their best to equip us for success. During the pandemic they have come alongside us with our fees, we couldn't have asked for a better partner in this season.

Our multi-family housing office has worked with Steelhead for 4 years now on a referral from another firm. We have exclusively used Toshiba products which work particularly well with our windows/Mac blended environment. I had nothing but issues with my enterprise level HP MFP because it would not get along with MacOs. The Steelhead team offers fast and thorough tech support. Many things are diagnosed and dealt with by phone and failing that someone is always available for s site visit. The sales team is thoughtful and interested in delivering the best and most cost effective solution. We don't need to think about our printing, copying or scanning needs because Steelhead always has us covered.
