Amazing people and amazing service. They are incredibly kind, knowledgable about the foot anatomy, and has very strong (but careful) hands for the job!! I look forward to continuing treatment to get my feet back to feeling good all the time, and to treat myself :)

I regularly have full body massages but they never focus on my feet. I never knew how much my feet needed a massage until I visited Sole Energy. Not only did I receive an amazing massage but I was provided with foot anatomy knowledge all with friendly attention. Not only did my feet get the much needed attention but my legs from below my knees to the tips of my toes were massaged as well. I left with a lighter step after only one session. It was a real top notch experience. Going back for sure!

Sole Energy Foot Massage & Reflexology
I have my appointments once a month and it's always a delight. My feet and calves have been in pain for a few years now due to walking and standing for long hours. Nothing else I've tried has worked. Ever since I started treatments at Sole Energy, I've began feeling relief from all the tension I've developed over the years. The techniques used were developed from years of experience and passion from the reflexologist. I would recommend anyone with leg, feet and back pain to reach out and give them a call.

I decided to give them a call, to find out more about them since they have such raving reviews on google, and to support a neighbourhood business. Their website doesn't give you much information either.I wanted to purchase a couple of sessions as a a gift for my partner. The guy on the phone was pretty curt and emphasized that they are like the doctor's office". They don't have gift certificates nor entertain the idea of paying a couple of sessions as a gift. I guess that is their business prerogative but hey - no need to sound so annoyed over the phone at the questions

Excellent treatment, this guys knows his stuff! Day 2 after treatment I have release in my calves and feet that I haven’t had in years. Will be going back in two weeks. So worth it!!
