Penny's Laundromat

I spend most of my life on the road and have become quite familiar with Canadian laundromats. This one rates a 5 because it has a spotless, free washroom on site, a good variety of machines for different size loads and is across from a great park where one can kill time. Nice place!

Great service having the option of pick up and delivery of clothes!!

Having believed their web site, I showed up at about 9:30 AM to have 2 comforters washed. There was nobody there except an incomprehensible fellow I assume was a customer.Later I called the phone # and the voicemail explained that wash & fold and dry cleaning were no longer available.Don't believe their web site. This place is now entirely self-serve.

Clean laundry mat, it don't cost alot, large machines fast drying and friendly on-site employees, drop off laundry pick up when complete

Visited laundromat for first time. Place is nice and clean, which we appreciated. We had two dog-beds that needed washing. Usually we wash these in our front loader back in London, ON and have done so without any issue. They always come out fluffy and completely fresh-looking, as initially purchased (Dec 2018). However, we are not going to be back in London for a few weeks and they needed a wash. Saw this place had front-loaders and signage to state to use the front-loaders for things just like this. Washed the beds and noticed when load was done that the non-slip base had been completely removed from the bottom of the beds and the usual soft fur was completely matted with very few areas of soft fur left. The beds look an utter matted mess and are irreparable. Absolutely gutted.
