The philipina lady is so rude. Her behavious is unacceptable. She talks to you as if you did something to her and doesnt even explain things. She truly needs to be fired. Never going to western union again.

Very RUDE the lady from the Philippines who works in front6020 No. 3 Rd #102, Richmond, BC V6Y 2B3, I don't know why those kinds of people work there. I will share my experience so that I can help others. I went this Sunday November 20, 2022 to send money to the USA,First of all, she didn't say Good afternoon.Secondly, she told me to write the name of the person that I sent the money and I did.When I pronounced her name, she told me that it is not like that, so she changed Anaivis for Anairis.So I let it go, although she changes the pronunciation of a name in her way.In the end she changed her name, I came back because I did not check the receipt ( My mistake) and we started fighting.Come onnnnnnnnnCan you believe that, we are a client, we pay the services and GUESS what ? She treats me like a S***SHE RAISED HER HAND TO ME, so I can stop talking.Where is the manager of this company?What services Money Mart gives to the customers!

The Filipina lady was so mean and rude. She doesn’t wanna give money anymore just cause she balanced her till already when its just 8 pm and it closes at 9! Unprofessional.
