They are responsive and understanding what/why I want to make my will for my little one. And one of their staff, the Japanese translator, Shiho, is so nice, and has helped me a lot. The lawyer, Robert, is also nice and very friendly. I was so relieved and satisfied with their professional job!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life dealing with them when I most needed help. I sought to rely on their “expertise” and advice, but what I got were mistakes and blunders one after another.Throughout the entire engagement, I was the one running after them for reminders and giving them new information, and even so they missed critical filing deadlines resulting in substantive financial loss for myself, while they happily billed me every step of the way and padded their own pockets. With every interaction it is blatantly clear where their priorities lie - they are a money first, not a client first firm.I was left with no choice but to cut my losses and switch to different law firm.

Rude front desk, poor communication skills.Your response after years below doesn’t explain the rude attitude. You can be still nice while unable to help. Being SIMPLY rude is not a way to treat people who won’t be your client. I’ve communicated with many law firms while searching for consulting services and I wrote a review only for you guys because your front desk left bad impressions.
