Overall, the builder had a great vision for the downtown condo building, and surrounding area, which included a parking garage and mixed-use building.The execution of our unit, and the building as a whole, suffers from poor workmanship and a low attention to detail. Communicating and working with the builder to address and repair deficiencies to our unit in a timely manner has been very frustrating and disheartening. The warranty process provided some protection but fell short, in my opinion, enforcing professional accountability and responsibility.The area approved for the construction of a community parking garage and mixed-use building, which is located directly beside the condo building itself, is currently a dirt parking lot and storage area for a construction crew. Shabby plywood boxes cap-off" the previously exposed rebar from the unfinished parking structure. Gross.Overall

If I could give zero reviews I would . This builder is horrible at communication, greedy, disorganized and very overall a displeasure to work with . Fair warning to all home buyers stay away from and beware of this builder!

As a first time home buyer and a millennial I was looking at modernish, newer condos.Was pleasantly surprised to come across Carriagegate Homes. I found they have quality construction.Their staff are pretty nice too. Feel quite confident to go with them.

Carriagegate seems to pay great attention to detail.I liked the floor plans, the spaces are well thought out and convenient.This builder selects good locations close to schools, shopping, local transit and other amenities.

Horriable builder. I would not recommend them to anyone. The trades beyond terrible. John's fine line painting are the worse painters and even the mudder can't remeber the name. We have our subfloor ripped into pieces so they can fix a squeak and yet were not able to. They lied about fixing things just to avoid tarion. I suggest you put everything on pdi and 30 day. If nothing is completed ask for a inspection from tarion. You won't regret it. Tarion will refund you the money you paid for inspection as long as they find one outstanding item from the builder. No builder likes tarion because they are on home owners side!If you can stay away from this builder do so. Otherwise watch everything they do. Shower silicone molding to paint all over ceiling over spray everywhere, and finally you can see all the cornerbeeds everywhere. I can gladly send pics of all these issues.
