they do not answer the phone if you call, they call you back two days later on their own accord

Been attempting to get ahold of them regarding trade school since last august and no answers if by chance they do answer the second you say anything they hang up, email and live chat both just say too bad you need to call them. Literally a waste of time trying to get answers from them
