Horrible service !Do not waste your time and energy!Got a relaxation massage, first they arrived late (20 mins), then Nicholas Leblond , the therapist was extremely unprofessional !!He refused to add more pressure when he asked how the massage was going , and asked me if I wanted to cancel the massage. He was clearly not having a good day, and was very cold from the beginning.At a beautiful and prestigious place like the fair mount I’m surprised that this is the spa service that people staying here recieve.When I asked to speak the manager the front desk ladies response was oh she’s away for 2-3 days, I had to ask her for the managers contact info !!Go to a different spa! Do not waste your time here !

I will say the after care and engagement from management was well done. They wanted feedback on how to improve. Very professional. I will try again on our next visit.Horrible experience. We did 2 facials and 2 pedicures. One of the people giving our treatment had never given a pedicure before. One facial was 40 mins instead of 50min. Quality of both facial and pedicure were poor (we left with dry skin on feet and i need to get nails redone). Focus was on upselling and if ypu decline they were angry. 2 pedicure, 2 facials. No products bought (we upgraded the salt scruband cream as it wasn't part of the pedi) over $900.00 !!!Worst spa" experience ever."

I went to the spa" for a bachelorette and we each had different services. Upon arrival we were given our robes and told that the changing rooms are downstairs.We arrived earlier as our services were at different times. We were told to relax by the pool and that someone will come to notify us about our appointment. As 5mins past our massage starting time

I had a 50 min. therapeutic massage at Moments, Fairmont, note: book ahead during the busy season, as I could not get 80 min. The massage therapist Dany, was really good, would highly recommend him. The spa is confusing, calling to book, I was not sure if it was at the Westin or Fairmont. There is no great explanation of the facilities, or what can be used. There is no changing rooms, showers, large lockers for winter wear. You are at a disadvantage visiting from another hotel or condo, as you have to get ready in the Fairmont public washroom, not attached to the spa. The staff was friendly and although facility is not to high end standards for the price of treatments, I still very much enjoyed my massage.

I am shocked to see some/any negative reviews of this spa after having had some treatments there. The service was top notch from start to finish. We had some massages and facials there and each treatment was pure bliss and one of the highest quality I’ve had. The products used are also superior to many places as well. I would whole heartedly recommend this spa and will surely return every year we are back in Mont Tremblant.

Beautiful space, but sadly not a great experience. Over $200 for 50min massage and we're told we could use the spa facilities after our 1pm massage, but receptionist neglected to mention access was only until 2pm, since we weren't hotel guests... not cool

The stairs that connect from the SPA lockers to the SPA reception/treatment rooms (different level) have been closed for a month. You have to go through the hotel restaurant /lobby, in your bathrobe & sandals, through lots of people eating,stting,ordering, or coming in with their ski gear. It's not acceptable that Fairmont does not fix their stairs.... for over a MONTH!! This completely ruins the experience. You can do better Fairmont!

Just had a manicure at this spa and it was THE WORST one I've ever had. I was looking to have shellac removed and my nails buffed and cleaned up. Shellac is normally removed with acetone, this manicurist removed it a file, peeled it off with her fingers and a very sharp tool. My fingers bled. No cuticle soak. She filed my nails back and forth. Making them weak and splitting them. I'm convinced that this woman is NOT a manicurist. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend EVER.

I am very disappointed in my recent experience at the Fairmont Spa ...probably one of the worse experience actually .I booked for a deep tissue massage and I could barely feel any pressure throughout the course of the massage, I asked the therapist to apply more pressure twice during the massage and it was still not enough. The temperature in the room was also very cold for the duration of the massage.Myself and my friend were both scheduled for massages, her masseur received her at 3:00pm, I waited for an additional 15 minutes until 3:15pm,and by the time she started the actual massage it was 3:20pm, she finished the massage at 4:00 PM so I only had a 40 minute massage while I paid for 50 minutes. I am not one to complain about massages but at a price of $190 + tip and tax I would expect a bit more.My friend had a wonderful experience, had a heated blanket on her table, heated towel on her neck and a proper deep tissue massage.Another issue I had was that the face rest was extremely uncomfortable and the towel on top of it was so rough that it was irritating my skin.What’s most frustrating about my experience is that I’ve tried many time to talk to someone about it , sent email , phone calls and no one followed up.Highly NOT recommended
