I was at maplevew today and there were two ladies at there desks as i was standing there for over 15 minutes but would not come out to see how they could help me. I dread getting old and having people that don't care look after me . The management need some training to look after people .

My mom was there for just over two years. She considered her caregivers a second family. They were amazing and took such great care of her. One even called her grandma. I knew that even on days when I didn’t visit she had in-house short visits by the staff. My brother and I can’t express enough our appreciation for the care they gave our mom.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of my father. <3 He has been there for about 9 months and everyone is so friendly and helpful. My father says that everyone Spoils him. :-) (How awesome is that?) Wonderful place!

Don’t send your loved ones here. Neglect. The residents are denied assistance in helping washing up, spotting while washing up, denied assistance with mobility, residents are denied food at times. Residents have to wait hours before they change their soiled underwear.

Evil institution. The level of disrespect towards the residents is beyond belief. Do not recommend to put your loved ones in there.
