180 Smoke Vape Store

They have the best prices BUT their website is broken. So many bugs and issues ordering and applying a coupon online. I am tired of trying again and again to successfully apply a coupon. Time to visit some other store nearby and get what i want.

Great store. Best Vape store in the city, my opinion. Knowledgeable and friendly staff (Morgan and Brooklyn, thank you), good prices, and just overall professionalism.As a smoker transitioning to vaping, which is a far better option, I highly recommend this store/location to provide the all-star service you need.Good job guys.

I for one am quite grateful that plague rats who can't wear a mask" are served outside the store - it's not like there's much of a reason one MUST be inside anyway as anything you would want to see can be seen online. If you have health issues then you stay home and order from the website. The employee working there was cheerful and quite polite and I'll gladly continue shopping here indefinitely. :)"

Worst experience of any 180 Vape in town! Nobody at the desk, employee had no knowledge of vaping products, knowingly sold me the wrong product, gave me attitude when I asked for a refund... The women working clearly didn't enjoy or care about her job, she was snarky with a poor attitude, not helpful in any way and sold me a product she knew wasn't what I asked for assuming I wouldn't notice...When I arrived no one was there it wasn't until I started shouting 'hello' that someone came out. I asked if they had Envi Apex disposables and the girl said she'd 'never heard of it' ok I guess but they do carry Envi Boost disposables (which she never actually bothered offering) kind of weird not knowing about any of Envi's other products. That's fine so then I asked for a free base 6mg 70/30pg/vg e-juice. She recommended Berry Lush Pineapple Berry. After paying and grabbing the bottle I quickly glanced and noticed it clearly stated 65/35 ratio. I pointed this out and that I asked for 70/30 ratio and was told that was all they had in the 6mg strength I asked for, as if I was wrong for wanting what I asked for. I tried to be patient but couldn't do it and asked for a refund which she begrudgingly gave me and then acted like it was a huge inconvenience when I asked for the refund receipt.

Nothing but stock issues here as of this year. I've spent a lot of money here and I will now be shopping elsewhere.

Originally I gave the store a 1 star as I was tired of there not being product there everytime I went in, but when I went in again on another attempt, yes there was no product again but I had the pleasure of having Julia there to help me find alternative ways to get what I needed. She took the time with me and I was able to get what I needed within a few days. She was so great. Every store should have a Julia. Thank you Julia

I LOVED my visit to this location of 180. I recently just stopped smoking cigarettes and I was looking for alternatives. The sales associate there (Trishta) helped show me some great products and gave me insight into which would fit better with my lifestyle. Absolutely amazing customer service, the managers should definitely commend her for her great customer service. Will definitely go out of my way to visit again!

Always feel welcome at this shop, I've been a few times and the girl always remembers my name and what I like , quick service and they don't treat you like you're dumb if you have questions which a lot of other vape shops do . Would recommend this place to anyone
