Jess is an unbelievable photographer. She has captured photos of our growing family from maternity, newborn to other random family sessions. Jessica has a very warm and friendly personality that puts us at ease in front of the camera. She always has suggestions on the best places to go to take photos and she is great with kids (they are not easy to shoot!). She always has our photos ready within a few days of the shoot which is unbelievable. The final edited photos are always so dreamy and natural. We definitely will cherish the photos she has captured of our family for years to come!

Let me first say we LOVE love love love love love the final photos from our wedding. Choosing a photographer was an easy decision after I met Jessica (via Skype). I had exchanged emails, had phone calls, and Skype meetings with 18 wedding photographers. I have no idea if that's normal or not... But honestly, after we met via Skype (and really even just after our first email exchange), I felt like I was cheating on Jessica by even talking to other vendors, but I was trying to do my due diligence because I had already scheduled meetings and was doing my best not make impulsive decisions. Even though, I knew in my heart, it was going to be her.Planning a destination wedding leaves for a lot of unknowns. My husband and I are from California. I hadn't seen what my florals were going to look like, didn’t know what my cake was going to taste like, if my dad's suit was going to be delivered on time, I didn't do a trial for my hair, but I had all the confidence in the world that she would be the best photographer, and I was right! From the pre-planning stages, Jessica helped with ideas for my first look, made me feel so organized with her pre-wedding consult, sent friendly reminders about payment, and always responded so promptly.When she knocked at the door of our hotel drinking Tim Horton's coffee, I knew it was fate. Jessica made not only myself feel so at ease, my family couldn't stop commenting and complimenting how organized, friendly, professional, and pleasant her and her second shooter were. She gave direction so gracefully and for the first time ever, JOHN SAID HE HAD FUN taking photos. Her guidance made us feel so comfortable, which truly shows in the pictures. Taking first look photos at Osgoode Hall was a God Send. I loved being spontaneous and being able to walk to the location in a matter of minutes (and not having to Uber Select our family) and after 3 days of watching other brides take photos down there from our hotel room, I was actually quite envious, but she made it happen! We then Ubered to Simcoe Hall at U of T for more couple’s portraits.During the wedding, she made everything feel so effortless. I was so glad to see so many shots of both John and I, details up close like our vow reading and communion, the reactions of our guests (the photo of John's mom crying is so sweet), the decor (the pictures look straight out of a wedding planning magazine), dancing, and the magic of the indoor faux sparkler exit! Jess captured our wedding in the most magical way, and I can’t wait to hopefully set up a couples shoot next time we are in Toronto!

Working with Jess was one of the best decisions we made!! Leading up to our wedding Jess was extremely helpful in planning out our day. Months before the wedding she helped me pick a location for our first look photos and was quick and thoughtful when answering any questions I had! A couple weeks before we met to finalize the timeline for our big day and I left that meeting feeling confident that things would run smoothly and very excited for our wedding!The day of the wedding we took our first look photos outside at Mill Race Park in Cambridge. It was a beautiful day but cold (it was December after all!). Despite the cold, Jess not only took stunning photos but did it with a smile on her face the whole time. My husband is not really one for photos but she made him feel so comfortable the whole time (and put up with his complaining! haha).We ran a bit behind schedule getting ready but she made sure we got through all of the first look and wedding party photos as well as the couple and family portraits we had requested. I am very grateful for her ability to take such stunning photos in a timely manner.The photos that we received from the ceremony and reception were fantastic - I was really impressed with how she was able to capture such quality photos while keeping out of the way of our guests and the bride/groom. I did not notice her once! In addition, during the reception, the speeches ran late but she stayed past the allotted time so that she could capture photos of our father/daughter dance. Thank you so much Jess!To top it all off, Jess is such a kind and genuine person.
