Siara is a PHENONMENAL career coach and mentor. Through my company, Mission Accomplished Transition Services, she stepped up as a workforce mentor for teens enrolled in our internship programs. She assisted them with exploring various job options, provided guidance on site during internship hours and helped them create various documents such as resumes and presentations. Because of Siara's help 2 of our student interns secured employment immediately after the program and 2 student interns made the decision to interview for a carpentry apprenticeship program.Furthermore, she is a meticulous notetaker because she understands the value of clear, in depth documentation that clearly articulates outcomes.I HIGHLY recommend her.
