Good assortment of stores. Food, bakery, liquor store, cannabis store, shoppers, pet store, several coffee shops, a barber shop, and many more. Plus Park and Tilford gardens is always a beautiful, if you have the time for a stroll. Cloudy/overcast/rainy is my favorite time to walk through the gardens.

We went to JJ beans for a quick snack after snowshoeing at Mt. Seymour. The morning glory muffin is always our favorite muffin. The breakfast burrito is always a good breakfast, with lots of good stuff in it.

Im a fan of this strip mall. A lot of good places to shop, ample parking, clean & green looking. Easy to get to and from even during rush hour. The staff at most of the stores ive been to are great! What else can i say?

It’s a small private garden which seems is not that green in winter time but I saw a lot of signs of different types of plants, also it’s a beautiful interior design though and a very nice location.

The stores here are great. Delicious restaurants, great shopping. It has a lot of parking spaces - I guess the biggest drawback is the traffic congestion out front during rush hour.We went to check out the gardens with the Xmas lights in 2022 and it was a nice display. The Asian Pond and north edge of the gardens (the entrance and, when going around clockwise, the last stretch) stood out the best. I hope the display keeps up in the future and I hope they add a little more to the different parts of the gardens each year.

I really enjoy going to Park & Tilford Garden situated to the south side of the mall. At Christmas, their light displays are beautiful.

Handy strip mall with Save On being the center piece. The Sushi restaurant is also good. Has a Starbucks and a JJ Bean, a good dentist, a great clinic, White Spot, BC Canabis, Edo Japan, Flying Wedge Pizza, Subway, Liquor store, 2 hair dressers, dry cleaners, Insurance company and a new Winner's opening soon plus more.
