The Hallmark store also has a post office inside the store. I went in today to buy stamps and when I asked for 17 stamps I was told I could only buy a book of 10. Are you seriously telling me that at a post office I can't buy a single stamp!!

A convenient store for Canada post and stationery. Not sure where the bad reviews come from, they have always been very helpful and I've never had to wait in line for more than a minute or two.

The customer service here is a joke! I called in just to inquire if they had the Itty Bitty line in stock, and was told that I would have to come into the store to find out. Are you kidding me? It's either a yes or a no, and you're physically within the store to be able to provide the one worded answer. In addition, after being on hold for 5 mins, I was told because the store owner left, they would not be able to tell me. What kinda crappily run business is this? I miss the location at Eatons! Much better service!

Had the worst customer experience here, due to most of the hallmarks closing down in the gta area the hallmark closest to me is still quite far so I called to find out if they had what I was looking for. I was rudely told that they couldn’t tell me and that I would have to come in myself. When I asked again if they could just explain what exactly was there, they were very rude and abrupt, and when I got a little bit of upset due to how I was being treated, I was hung up on! Because of this experience hallmark has lost my business, the person at this store should not be in the customer service profession!

The only reason why this review is only three stars is because the post office can be so, so frustrating 50% of the time. More training is required. There shouldn't bea balf hour wait.

Went for balloons; don’t recommend. Less than 24 hours later and their deflating. Some were not knotted fully at the bottom, so that’s probably why their deflating even after pulling the knot tight. Had to wait 45 mins for 25 balloons and they didn’t even call I had to go in and check if they were finish even though they took my name and number.Paid $40 for helium alone, save your money

The young man at the post office desk was very helpful in helping me fill out the forms for international delivery. Rather than just leaving it to me to do, he asked me a few questions and filled out the paperwork for me. Six gold stars for his kindness.

I like going to this post office to drop off my packages. They have a really large selection of gifts and cards which is always very nice. My only real complaint is that the line to the post is right by the cards, so if you're looking for a particular card, you might be holding up the line.

Awesome store. Has everything you need for any celebration as well as great gift ideas cute notebooks Is an a crazy selection of cards. From sentimental to hilarious. This store really has it all.
