Likely the best auto parts store in cottage countryThe machine shop is second to none for unusual custom work like rebuilding the 1988 Kayashima sea water pump for my Hino marine diesel main engines. Thanks to Cole and the machine shop team

Very over priced and limited stock, takes forever to come in when they order. Has become far worse since the resent change to ideal supply. Better to go to bumper to bumper or order online. It arrives sooner for less money and better brands online from other places

Dealt with them for a couple years while working at a dealership and now just for personal/race team business.Quick turn around on parts, even if they have to be ordered in . Love that they offer local delivery and if by chance a mistake is made, it's pretty easy to sort out and get the right part.

Went in on Monday before work to get a replacement part for the one that stopped working. They didint have it in stock so they said they would have to order it and it would be in tomorrow (Tuesday). I told them I would not be able to come in because I work. I then came in on Saturday to pick up the part and the guy said they didint have it. He claimed he looked everywhere and it was not there and that he could not call and find out what happened till Monday and that he has no answer as to what happened to the part. So if you need a part in an orderly fashion I would suggest going somewhere thay does not have parts disappearing and a place that is actually open and capable of serving you with reasonable hours.

I don't know if they were busy..it didn't look like it but there was 4 people waiting and 3 people working, they also answer phones and deal with their issue then come back to you. That's too much to put on your worker, especially if it's busy. Took awhile to just get a gas cap lol. Despite how hard working these people are, they had great customer service. They deserve a raise!
