Used Quest's studio as a venue for an online livestream music performance. They handled lights, sound, video recording, servers, web hosting, and all the other details involved with making a successful event. There's many things that can go wrong during a live stream, but Quest made the event go smooth. Very appreciative that these guys made it happen.

TERRIBLE! This company has a no refund policy in case their devices fail during the event. We rented a $1000 monitor that never worked, but since according to them it did work at their facilities, they took zero responsability about it.Don't trust them.

We were planning a series of events for Air Canada called Applause, to train thousands of flight attendants across the country. I was in charge of selecting the AV provider. I went online, found 5 different ones in Toronto, and only Quest AV responded within seconds after I submitted my request on their website. Their prices were incredibly competitive, their payment terms unbeatable, and their service was instrumental to the success of the program. Their level of attention to detail, their friendliness, there was never a NO for an answer. If I called Kevin, the Director of Sales, at 2am for an issue, he would pick up always closing with a It's dynamite!". Just the best of the best. Totally recommended."
