The decision was based on his calm professionalism, specialized knowledge of the market, and experience in selling units in our building. This was especially meaningful in the context of our strict timeline during Q2 2022 when the marketing was pulling a U-turn. Fortunately, Christopher was spot on with his listing strategy. When the directors of our condominium corporation needed to sell our superintendent suite we interviewed a number of real estate professionals and we are very pleased that we engaged Christopher and his team.Dealing with the decision-making process of a group of directors is somewhat unusual, but apparently nothing new for Christopher.Christopher provided us with sound recommendations and guidance, resulting in a sale price that exceeded our expectations. What was a rather beat-up, un-cared for suite became a minor gem, thanks to the refresh (new engineered wood flooring, repainting, cleaning etc.) and furniture staging his team provided as part of their basic service (only the construction costs were paid by the corporation).I think I can speak on behalf of all directors (and all 127 owners in the condominium corporation) in stating that Christopher did a great job.I have already recommended Christopher to a personal friend (whose unit languished for months without any offers) and would not hesitate to recommend him further.
