Global well, highly known shoe store customers service sucksSo when I came in today, the guy who worked here on Tuesday told me that there are only one or two women's shoes in size 5 and that I should be lucky if I can find it anywhere. Customer service is poor. All other brands carry size 5. Either know your product or keep your thoughts to yourself.

Your sales associate, Madison, is fantastic! The best customer service I've ever received at a shoe store. She also up sold me on some shoe cleaner and her sincerity closed the deal. The stuff worked great to save a different pair of shoes. Will be the first stop I make when I need another pair.

Global shoes is absolutely the worst store ive ever shopped at. The cashier at the counter has zero concept of customer service and i refuse to spend my money in a store that has zero respect for me as a customer service

I came at this store and customer service is really bad and employees work here really rude they don’t know how to talk to there customers.Really don’t know who hire this staff.You better change your management or HR.Date and time for your reference May 05-2022 at 5:30 PM.

I went in earlier this week and was told that the shoes I wanted can be ordered on store and will be in Friday for sure. I went in Friday and it won't be in until Monday. When placing this order I was guaranteed it woukd be there Friday as shies are needed Sunday. Therefore Monday will not work. Fine I would like a refund. She could not issue a refund . ? I was given wrong info and now I am shoeless. Shame on the workers

I placed an online order and went to go pick it up from the Bramalea location. When I tell you the box was barely holding on together I mean it looked like it was kicked all the way to the bramalea location from the previous store. When asked if they had any other boxes we were rudely informed that the state was because of the other location and they couldn’t offer anything else and that it wasn’t their locations issue. So disappointed with this whole experience I now need to go buy a box to make these shoes presentable as a gift because if I gave the original box they would think they were picked up from a recycling bin.

Best shoes for all comfort levels. My father needed sandal slip ons to wear at home in leather. The best suede we got here and cushioned upper sole and heal is impeccable. Better than shoe store, DSW.

They do not answer their phones ever! as someone who has to travel over an hour to get to this location i wanted to call about my inquiries so i wouldn't waste my time but i called multiple time a day for 3 days and was never answered. DO NOT HAVE A STORE PHONE IF YOU DON'T ANSWER IT! Extremely disappointed with this customer service.

Terrible customer service manager Pawan .I brought crocs for my son couple of days ago and since the size was a little bigger went to exchange the crocs for one size smaller. Serah the associate was very helpful and asked me to talk to the lady at the counter for an exchange .. I went up to the counter and the lady ( so called CSR mgr) didn’t even look up while I kept waiting for 5-7 mins until I said excuse i need help … on telling her about the exchange she was arrogant saying we cannot exchange without seeing the receipt and straight off said I cannot exchange I need to call CSR service online. And refused to helpOn asking her name she refused to give me her name terriblle attitude ..horrible services , the other sales associate Serah was really polite .

I have been dealing with an issue with this company since November I have reached out multiple times and they keep saying someone will get back to me .. we are now feb and still nothing. TERRIBLE !!!!
