I'd highly suggest not explaining what may be wrong with your device if you are not completely sure, as it allows working attendants to cut time, saving money diagnosing a malfunction just by your word of mouth of whats malfunctioning then searching for errors in the system, without any further diagnosis. Ever heard of folks arriving at home with none initialized software or components.I was quoted a thousand dollars to replace motherboard because alot of people use my build of computer harshly" without a technical diagnoses. Thank you but no thank you sir I rather have a none functioning computer.(Edit) this is a common practice with any maintenance and repair business such as an Auto repair shop.Let them do their job by the problem themselves then compare to your knowledge.(Edit #2 to owners response) Yes this is the correct business... located in keswick ontario off the queensway in the same plaza as The Chicken Coup.yup quoted a thousand dollars for labour

The owner there gets straight to the point and knows exactly what he’s talking about. After Canada computers tried to rip me off I came to this location and solved all my computer problems much cheaper than my alternative options. Thanks a bunch I appreciate you!

First time patronizing Toryntek. I needed a laptop battery replaced. I was still able to use my laptop while the new one was ordered. The battery was shipped earlier than promised and reinstalled.Service was excellent from the first walk-in to the follow-up phone calls. Pricing was fair and reasonable.I will definitely be back for all my computer needs.

Quick, affordable, efficient service. They could have easily haggled me and made more money but they were honest and helped me fix my computer. I will absolutely use them again.

Great service, I build my own computers but I had an issue I couldn’t troubleshoot. They figured out the issue and installed new parts and even waived the troubleshooting fee. Will be back!
