Mountain Warehouse

Mountain Warehouse is very good store to shop. I have always been shopping there. I never get the chance to write a review. However, today I observed an incident at Mountain Warehouse in Willowbrook mall, which prompted me to write this review. The employees at this store are extremely helpful and cooperative. But there are some crazy people in the world who always get mad at small issues. One of their employee 'Ada' is a very patient person. I observed her behavior while attending a customer who was getting mad at her; she treated the customer very calmly without getting upset.Ada, I appreciate your kind behavior towards your customers and your professionalism. Wish you a great success in future!

Had a coat for a week or so and the zipper broke, when I went to exchange they didn't have the same coat in my size. Allowed me to exchange for a different coat that was on sale and were willing to refund me the difference.

Reet is an absolute angel, she helped me find a jacket that was warm and at a price I could afford which isn't much. I left the store crying because she was so patient in helping me and just a truly kind person. I finally have a jacket that will keep my warm in the winter. You deserve a raise, thank you for making my Christmas ❤️

Great deal on my boots and runners. Next day after buying my boots I got 5 compliments on them! I highly recommend this store!

Customer retention doesn't seem super important to this company, unfortunately.I purchased a Florence jacket on sale and it was delayed due to the flooding-- not the company's fault. I got my jacket, and unfortunately an animal of some kind chewed it before I got home and so the zipper was torn and unusable. I tried to email customer service, and they told me to go into the store.I spoke to the assistant manager who couldn't do a refund, fine, no problem. She offered me 20% off a new one, which seemed fine. However, it was 20% off the current price, not what I paid. Overall a transaction that was supposed to be $75, would have totalled over $160 were I to take this offer.This was my very first interaction with this company and it left a really sour taste in my mouth, after initially being very excited about my new jacket from a reputable Canadian company. This was my first, and last purchase from this company. I'll stick to Costco, where they take customer satisfaction seriously and care about retention.

Went to snowboard bought a jacket highly recommended, great quality and amazing performance stuff.Staff was super helpful and was able to help you to short list according to your need. The manager Sally was really helpful

Bought a pair of hiking boot here for my son. Worst pair of boot, literally falling apart after 5km. After the 78km hike the boots were total garbage, I would even look at any product in this store after such a horrible experience!!!

Bought ski pants for myself and my son grade7 and those pants were on sale. We picked the same type of pants, same size but just different in color choices. My light grey pants cost me around 40dollars and 27dollars for khaki pants my son chose. Will visit again this week to buy a pair of waterproof gloves.

I always find jackets here. Lately I bought some t-shirts and shorts as well. Good quality and price. Keep the discounts on! :D

Very cheap quality. Almost anything you buy will start to fall apart shortly. Everything priced ridiculously high and then has a sale" price to make it look like youre getting a deal. You're not. I would recommend just getting some small items needed for your adventure."
