Always impressed by the quality of service, clean environment, professional atmosphere. Today, I was completely amazed at the phenomenal service I received from Siman. Siman was absolutely amazing she completed my appointment in 40 minutes which normally could take 1 hour and 10 mins! Incredible and no pain, she was so thorough, NO more hair!!! Did not miss any area where I was waxed! Thank you so much Siman for the ultimate waxing experience, definitely would recommend to book with Siman!

I’ve been coming here since late last year. I would like to say that Siman is amazing in what she does. The first time I met her she greeted me at the door, took me to the room and explained everything to me. She seemed like a very happy person…something that you don’t find in retail/spa services much nowadays. I started off with lightening treatments but then she told me about laser and how much I could benefit from it. I trusted her and til this day I am SOOO happy I listened to her. Doing both the treatments has been life changing for me. She seems very knowledgeable and always provides me with the proper advice. I feel extremely comfortable with her and whenever I go in she is so full of energy and is always happy. She’s recommended a few of the body scrubs which have been so wonderful to use. You can tell she works really hard and she is all about customer service. I’ve recommended one of my family members to go there already and two friends and specifically ask for Siman. I will definitely keep recommending this place as I am very pleased with my services. I look forward to booking more services.

I started going to Allure a few months ago and I don't regret my decision to use their service. The staff is so welcoming, and the facility is well-maintained, I don't want to go anywhere else to get my wax done. Ashley is amazing, she's been taking such great care of me and my best friend, I would highly recommend her as your next waxer!

Clean, hygienic and tidy place. A very comfortable environment for someone who’s new. Aestheticians have a lot of knowledge and are always ready to educate and help with any issues. Front desk is warm and friendly and the products recommended work great. Will be visiting again!

I usually go to the one at Danforth but the traffic there was not the greatest. Today is the first time I have been this location for Brazilian, Ashley was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It wasn’t hurt at all since we have been having great conversation in between. I will definitely come back!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Seman is the worst waxist, I would cancel my appointments when I knew it was her doing it. Left hair behind, not comforting and just rude. Go to Ashley she’s way better more comforting and actually does a through job.To be honest I would rather support a smaller business who cares for their clients rather than here. Management a joke, been coming here for 5 years but just went down hill when seman came. Once again a joke

So disappointed. Not worth it at all. Staff was nice but I did a brazilian for the first time and she left so much hair behind. It started growing back within two days, I may as well have shaved. I bought a waxing kit at shoppers for half the price the day after to use on my legs and the hair hasn't even started growing back (it's been almost 3 weeks). She was so rushed as well. I've had my body waxed elsewhere and they're never as rushed and careless as this. I really wish I could've gotten the service I paid for.

Easy to book appointments, decent prices, friendly front desk, and great wax! I've been here twice for Eyebrows. Ashley is great, very skilled and knowledgeable!

Excellent experience for first time Brazilian wax with Ashley. She is great. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be back! Love the store, the signage is so funny! Noor who welcomed us and cashed out is very sweet! Thanks Ladies for a great experience
