Fantastic service and superior product. I needed a completely tiny obscure and very specific sized thrust bearing for the clutch in a remote control car and received it in 2 days. For the hobbyist I highly recommend bearings Canada as an end run around backordered parts. You know that bearing that they don't sell separately? Yeah. They have it. I got motor bearings here also.

Huge selection of bearings, impressive! Good delivery within Canada.The only thing I wish to be improved is customer communication: I sent two emails prior to place order and got zero responses. I did place order, after all, based on my own experience and accurate measurements.

Someone get rid of a floor jack, that doesn’t work. I took it home and start playing with it till I decided to open the main piston and found the problem, the oil seal was done/broken. Tried to look for a part online.,will cost around $100 for replacement kit and shipping. Then I decided to go to Canada seal and brought the parts, unfortunately the part won’t be able to rich the $50 minimum for ordering parts.. then I found Bearings Canada online and I ordered the part and in just few minutes I got a message that the part is ready for pick up.. in less than 1 hr I got it and started doing my project.. now the floor jack is working now! Oh cost me $12.35 to fix it. This company is highly recommended. Thank you..

Placed an order for an A/C pulley bearing I was notified it was out of stock, they recommended another bearing of the same size. I received the bearing 1 week later here to Newfoundland. Great service and I will order again. Thanks Bearing Canada :) W. Ireland

I purchased some bearings for local pick-up and the whole experience was excellent. Received and email confirming order was ready 1 hour after placing it. Product was waiting at counter when I arrived. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. Stay away from this company. I ordered online. I made a mistake and called them. They told me that the easiest to correct my order was to cancel and order again. They said they were going to cancel. Never received a confirmation. I send an e mail again to make sure this was canceled. They replied to me saying this was going to be canceled and that the credit department has to answer. They never canceled the order. After two days waiting I get an email saying that the order had shipped! When I call no one answers the phone. It seems that the warehouse is somewhere else. I opened a dispute in Paypal and Paypal gave me a refund. Terrible customer service!

we have been trying since last week to get a return call or response to emails we were shipped the wrong product and cant get a person on the phone through regular business hours not impressed.

the 1 star reviews look a bit suspicious. my experience was pretty good. I would give 5 stars if the website credit card UI was less buggy. I think the site\business would do a lot better if it had a website revamp.

Sold me an out of spec bearing and no longer replies to emails. Avoid!Edit: I emailed the same address you used to email me. Nobody can figure out your email for you to run your business.
