Greg McClure Home Inspections
Greg did an inspection on a house that we are looking to purchase. As a young, female, first time homebuyer, Greg explained every detail of the house inspection to me. He was on time for the inspection, responsive to texts and phone calls, and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He was priced appropriately and very thorough with the inspection. He spent a couple of hours reviewing every detail of the house, and then went though them all with me before he left. I then received a complete report of everything in detail. I cannot say thank you enough to Greg. His professionalism and attention to detail are unparalleled. Thanks Greg!

I am a first time home buyer, so everything is new to me. I have a lot of different emotions going on. Happy, nervous, excited, and I don’t know what to expect. When I showed up for my 9:00 am home inspection Greg was already there at work. He welcomed me with a warm smile and firm hand shake. Greg seemed so familiar to me and I believe it had to do with his great personality. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Making sure to stop along the way to answer any questions (even questions that didn’t have anything to do with the inspection). He also made sure to show my realtor and I the high priority items to be fixed and things that needed to be fixed but weren’t a high priority. I would recommend Greg to anyone who is in need of a home inspection. He was the best and put my mind at ease. He truly takes pride in what he does and that meant a lot to me.

Greg has been absolutely amazing with my fiance and I while we have been looking for homes. We are a young couple and the inspection process is new to us, he has been more than helpful and willing to answer questions that we've had throughout the inspection. Greg was awesome! Very thorough and answered all of our questions we had. My husband was late and he took extra time do go over everything with him after he arrived. Gave suggestions on round about pricing on improvements/updates. Explained everything in detail and how it should/can be fixed. Would highly recommend to anyone I know!

My husband and I were super happy with how professional Greg was! I would recommend him to anyone buying a home! I recently hired Greg for a home inspection for a pending home purchase. The entire experience was Greg was great. He was easy to get ahold of, he was able to schedule me promptly, his pricing was competitive, and his work was top notch. He took the time to be very thorough and provided me with a lot of knowledge and piece of mind. His report was delivered to me very quickly (literally, within minutes) after the inspection was complete. The report was easy to read and made it very easy to identify items that need attention, and items that can wait. The inspection report will be something that I intend to keep around and refer to once we move in. I would completely recommend Greg to anyone looking for a home inspection...5 stars aren't enough.

We hired Greg for a home inspection and he was very thorough. He allowed us to walk with him through the entire process and was very open and honest when he answered any questions. He was very friendly and responded promptly if he missed our phone calls. The report was ready and emailed to us within an hour of completion. we highly recommend him!
