Simple, clean, efficient, all the things one can ask for in a home for blades. Great place for cutting edge kitchen knives. The staff have honed their knowledge. You could say they are sharp-minded. Emmanuel was cool. If you don't know anything about the craftsmanship or blacksmithery that goes into Japanese knives, expect that you can ask all your questions and they will know the answers. If you go in already knowing a thing or two, you can be lucky enough to learn something new. Stay sharp, Stay Sharp.

The best Knife store in Montreal, High end product mixed with knives for the beginner chef in all...The staff is insanely knowledgeable, patient and will not over sell product that people do not need, they make a real effort to match the blade to the need of potential buyers.Also great accoutrement of Japanese products,A must for the initiated as well as people looking for their first Japanese blade, keep up the good work (Also they offer great sharpening services)In my humble opinion way better than the guy with moule in his store name.....

I made another great purchase at StaySharpMTL yesterday. This is the third knife I've purchased there as well as some accessories. They're always very welcoming and helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable. They've advised me well. I strongly recommend this shop to all in need of good blades. They're the best knife shop ever in my opinion! My favorite store!!! Dropped in to take a look around this past weekend - talked sharpening with the owner and ended up with a very nice kridashi folding knife for my bag. I would not hesitate to come here for something special. One of the best knife shops on the East Coast for sure!

Bought two knives here today. It's been a while since I experienced this level of service. Olivier is down-to-earth and knowledgeable; was fun to learn about knives from him. I never felt pressured or being sold-to. I highly recommend this place. Can't wait to go back. :)
