Snackplug- Newton

This place has a fantastic variety of difficult if not impossible to find snacks. The prices are high, but not crazy given that most or possibly all of these products aren't available in other stores. The POS system prompts for a tip, which could seem strange given that you're just shopping for snack products, but it's also completely optional and the staff have always been friendly and eager to help either way. They have also given me free products on occasion, either based on the amount I spent, or possibly they were unpopular items they had difficulty selling. Either way it's a nice gesture, and has been something that has stuck with me. The products also seem to rotate on occasion, likely based on popularity and availability, though there are a lot of products I have seen there every time I have been and not changed (again, likely a popular product that is easily available to the store).

So horribly disappointed. Drove all the way from Langley today Saturday December 3, 2022 only to see the shop closed with no one there at 5:49pm!!! It states on google and posted on the actual STORE that it is open until 11:00pm on Saturdays. What a waste of time. No regards to customers time and the gas I wasted driving here.

things are waaay too overpriced and no price tags are present on purpose. the intent of this store is to rip you off. walked out with a regular, non-exotic twix bar, a roll of starburst, and -$13 out of my bank account. do not go here. save your wallet and go to the nearest dollarstore to get candy for a fraction of the price.

I’m giving it 5 stars because of the rarity of the items and the fact that it was open until 11pm. I also found the items pricey, but the owners did a great job designing a hip small space that is clean with prices clearly marked and items that still had some shelf life. My fave items so far have been the fancy Lays chips that come in tubes and the harder to find Fanta flavours.

Great snack selection! And the person helping me today was so incredibly nice. 5/5, would come back again.

Amazing selection of snacks! Great prices if you look for the right snacks and comparable to other bodega snack stores. Snacks dont taste stale either!

I loved this store highly recommend if you have kids they would absolutely love it. They have all the drinks your kids want and they have all the snacks and food that they would all want and also for adults five stars for me highly recommend coming here

Amazing snacks you won't get anywhere else but a bit over price. Almost $8.00 for a bag of chips or $20 for a box of cereal
