We had a terrible problem with iron stains and rotten smelling water. The Excalibur water system did a wonderful job. The smell and iron stains were eradicated within days. We are delighted with the results.

ordered an industrial water softener from these guys. First received a damage pressure tank. We contacted the vendor and they knew about it already but had not initiated any warranty. So we had to wait 6 weeks for another tank. We then requested additional information that is required to construct and purchase all the items they did not include and got ignored. Would not recommend.-Updated - Vendor reached out and communicated documentation
